Dispatch Timing

All orders are processed and dispatched from our Australian studio within 1–2 business days. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship all orders via Australia Post Standard Parcel.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your order.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, please allow for the following transit times via Australia Post:

  • Metro Areas (VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, ACT): 3–5 business days

  • Regional Areas & WA/NT/TAS: 5–10 business days

Lost or Damaged Parcels

We pack every order with protection in mind.

  • Damaged: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos at info@coupeandcologne.com, and we will arrange a replacement as per Return & Refund Policy.

  • Lost: If your tracking has not updated in 10 business days, please contact us so we can open an investigation with Australia Post on your behalf.

Authority to Leave

Unless otherwise requested, parcels may be left in a safe place at your address if you are not home, at the discretion of the Australia Post driver.
