Return & Refund Policy

The 7-Day "Showroom Condition" Guarantee at Coupe & Cologne, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our handmade diffusers. We want you to be completely satisfied with your driving companion. If the fit or finish isn’t right for your vehicle, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in "Showroom Condition." This means:

  • The Hardware & Packaging: The diffuser unit (glass bottle, wooden lid, and hanging cord) must be unused, unmounted, and scratch-free. It must be returned in its original black "Coupe & Cologne" box with all original contents intact.

  • The Scent: Due to the nature of fragrance products, we cannot accept returns if the internal plastic stopper has been removed from the bottle, or if the wooden lid has been saturated with the fragrance liquid. Once the stopper is removed, the product is considered open and used.

2. The "Handmade" Variance Clause

Please remember that our diffusers are finished by hand. Slight variations in grain, texture, or anodization are not defects; they are the signature of a handmade product that distinguishes it from mass-produced alternatives.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email info@coupecologne.com within 7 days of delivery with your Order # and the reason for the return.

  2. Approval: We will review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number. Items sent back without an RA number will not be accepted.

  3. Ship: Pack the item securely (preferably in the original shipping box). You are responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved: A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your diffuser arrives damaged from transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please email info@coupecologne.com with photos of the damage and the box. We will arrange an immediate replacement at no cost to you.
